This was workout number 20 of 20 in the Turks and Caicos’s weight loss walking challenge. This workout was very steep and I didn’t think that I was going to finish it if it was gonna stay steep for the full 28 minutes but it was only steep for half of the workout. I was able to complete this worked out without any adjustments I didn’t have to pause and I did not experience any heels or champagne.
I did not experience any technology issues today.
