Fantastic beginner workout! Beautiful scenery in Costa Rica.
I played with the heart rate feature but that made the treadmill ultimately go too fast. Are used smart adjust throughout the rest of the workout because I found it a little too easy and I wanted to still challenge myself.I finish this work out with only very minor shin discomfort in my left leg.
