I wanted to complete this work out again because I enjoyed the hike…
I wanted to complete this work out again because I enjoyed the hike and the brief jog at the end. And I enjoyed it again today. I did encounter a slight small pain in my right knee just really kind of off to the left of the front of my right knee occasionally while I was walking.
