I have lots to say today!
Let me start with technology issues: my alarm did not go off at 6:15 AM like I had it set. Instead I woke up at 6:40 AM.
My iPhone/echo app did not connect to my treadmill on the first try. I remove the emergency stop on my treadmill put it back in, Pressed the iFIT sync button again and it connected on the second try.
I thought it would not load on my iPad this morning. I got the gray screen and the pretty green and blue are circle and it stayed that way for 90 minutes. I finally closed the iFIT app, relaunch it, and it would not connect to my treadmill after pressing the iFIT sync button. I wanted to send settings on my iPad and turned off Bluetooth, turned it back on, my echo/iPhone reconnected automatically for my heart rate monitor, and then I fit automatically connected to my treadmill.
Now as for this workout. This is the most difficult workout I’ve done so far. I was able to complete this work out without any adjustments or any positives. I did not experience any skin orHeel pain.
This was the second time that I had attempted this worked out in the first time that I completed it without any pain or any adjustments. My heart rate today got to the highest level that I’ve seen which is in the bed 130 bpm.
