This was a very beautiful walk through the hilltop town of Tagusa…
This was a very beautiful walk through the hilltop town of Tagusa in northern Italy. Are used active pulse again and the only thing that I needed to adjust was the treadmill speed. This walk had several hills in the beginning that helped to increase my heart rate and then active Pults took it from there.
