Fantastic first jog! I wasn’t able to do the 4.3 mph jog that this…
Fantastic first jog! I wasn’t able to do the 4.3 mph jog that this started out with so I adjusted the speed down to 3.7 mph and turned on active pulse. Active pulse would decrease or increase the speed of my treadmill during each cool down or should I say recovery or push.
I really enjoyed this worked out and I am proud of myself for completing my first charging serious or session.
I did experience heel pain in my left heel during my stretches and also during the beginning of the work out. But everything feels good now at the end of work out. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
