Great challenging worked out through the Costa Rica Forest. I felt like my heart rate was too high during the first five minutes of steady state, so I turned on active Pults for the remainder of the work out. It seem to perfectly monitor my heart rate and decrease or increase as needed during the remainder of the work out.
I did not experience any body pain during this worked out.
