I must’ve had this scheduled to repair because I remember doing this work out before and finding it very challenging. This was a great height and I was able to complete this worked out without any adjustments to my treadmill.
This is my first treadmill workout in 15 days after visiting Vancouver British Columbia. This was an invigorating workout and I tried really hard while in Vancouver to continueWalking throughout that city to keep my level of endurance up. I think I did a pretty good job
I did not experience any body panel.
