This was a custom work out and I made a typo in the title, it should have said Bayshore to Second Beach, but I couldn’t figure out how to edit the title after I had accidentally touched the Next button.
Anyhow, this was one of the most beautiful walks I have ever been on. The walk around Lost Lagoon through Stanley Park to Second Beach and then back around the small golf course was stunning. So many incredible trees and shrubs in bloom and beautifully planted and maintained.
I did experience mild back, Hip, and leg discomfort but that could have been from my four short interval jogs toward the end of my workout yesterday.
