This was my third attempt at completing this workout after I fell into the pool last week and irritated my Achilles tendons especially in my left foot. I was able to complete this work out today without any adjustments or positives. I did experience heel pain while I was doing my stretches, especially in my left heel. But I did additional stretches last night in the warm pool water before getting a good night’s sleep. I didn’t experience any heel pain during this workout. I did experience mild shin pain Morceau in my left leg.
Technology issues: I had trouble with the heart rate monitor connection, and I felt crashed during the 10-minute pause while I was doing my stretches and crashed again once I Attempted to restart the work out. So, I unplugged everything, restarted my iPad, and everything started up and connected properly.
