This was a really nice recovery walk with a fun climber at the very end. Exactly what I needed after five days away from the treadmill while I was on a business trip. I did use smart adjust to increase the speed of the treadmill for the last half of the work out because I thought my heart rate was too low.
Technology issues: none. My treadmill has been unplugged for five daysAnd I had left my iPad turned off.
