I took a couple of days off and it’s gotten warm in Palm Springs, so…
I took a couple of days off and it’s gotten warm in Palm Springs, so I did this work out just to get back into the swing of things but I turned off active ports and smart adjust; I just followed the trainer. Really beautiful scenery but I didn’t feel like the workout was challenging enough. But with that said, it’s almost too hot to work out in my garage. A friend of ours is delivering an air conditioning split today or tomorrow that we will have installed in the garage soon.
Technology issues: I couldn’t get my echo app to connect to my treadmill this morning even after unplugging the treadmill for power and stop in the Echo app on my phone. I didn’t worry about it because I wasn’t going to use smart adjust. I fit crashed during my 10 minute pause while I was warming up but when I was ready to start the workout that started out just fine
