Beautiful scenery on this workout! I left whatever the heart rate monitor is smart pulse I left smart Colts on and had to turn it off halfway through the work out because it got me up to 3.6 mph and my shins just started getting really tight and painful. I did have to stop for a moment about halfway through this workout just to stretch my legs because my shins were so tight.
I was able to turn active pulse back on during the workout but I had to decrease the speed manually decrease the speed from 3.6 to 3 mph. I did complete this workout
Technology issues: I couldn’t get the echo app to connect to my treadmill I had to power off the treadmill for about 30 seconds and then once I tried again to connect it automatically
As I started the iFIT program pressing the start button on my treadmill I fix displayed an ErrorAnd could not start the workout. I tried again and when I press the start button on my treadmill it displayed the same error message. So I close the iFIT app on my iPad reopened it and the workout started normally.
