This was the first workout in part two of a six part series. I believe the part one is definitely mislabeled as an intermediate workout. Throughout part one I was recording that I thought each workout was pretty easy. I noticed the part to that I just started today it’s labeled as a beginner. And I would agree it’s beginner. I turned on active pulse pretty soon into this workout and I only had to turn it off once just to catch my breath because it increases The incline to 8 1/2%. But shortly after I was able to turn active ports back on and leave it on for the remainder of the workout.
I did not experience any pain during this workout.
Technology issues: the echo app connected my heart rate to my treadmill on the second try. The Eifert program froze as I was started to launch the workout. I had to close the app and restarted andIt worked fine.
