This was a great challenging workout and I really enjoyed the climb toward the end. I was able to complete this work out with her without any pain or adjustments to my treadmill or iFIT.
Technology issues: I couldn’t get my echo app on my phone to connect to my treadmill unplug the power to my treadmill for 15 seconds put it back in and it connected immediately immediately. No other issues.

This is one of the workouts where the coolDown is at .5 mph and the treadmill lurches forward and stops lurches forward and stops.
