I liked this short workout. Especially the climb at the end during the cool down. The word.
I know that I’m only into the fourth work out of this series but the series is listed as intermediate but I find the these first four workouts to be so much easier and shorter than the Turks and Keyko‘s weight loss series which is listed as beginner.
Technology issues: I could not get my echo app to connect to my treadmill for my heart rate after trying several times I turned off my treadmill for 10 seconds turned it back on and then the echo app connected me immediately.
I like to get a foot all set up and ready for my workout before I do my stretches just in case I run into any issues. I don’t like to run into issues after I’ve done my stretching. The five minute work with a five minute warm-upAt the beginning of each exercise is usually not long enough for me to complete my stretches. So the workout starts. As the workout starts I press the pause and it gives me a 10 minute paws. I did that this morning and about four minutes into the pause my iFIT workout crashed and had to be restarted.
