This was a very easy walk. I’m looking forward to these workouts getting more intense. No pain today.
Technology issues: initially, none. But the echo app but my treadmill lost connectivity to the Echo app and start up stopped presenting my heart rate. I had already started to work out and settled with it a bit but decided that this wasn’t going to be a very intense workout and just go forward and somehow my treadmill reconnected to the Echo app and started displaying my heart rate and continue to do so through the rest of the work out
