What a great challenging and fun workout along the Amalfi coast of Italee!
My calves were sore from yesterday‘s workout. I was able to complete this work out without any adjustments. I did experience a mild shin pain in my right leg.
Technology issues: everything worked great this morning except a iFIT music refused to play.During my warm out I had to go into the Music settings turn off music turn it back on and then my music started to play.
