I think this would’ve been a great workout on a treadmill that had a decline feature.
The only reason that I gave this worked out four stars instead of five is because several times during the workout I thought it would not control or change the incline on my treadmill to meet to match the iFIT workout. I’ve actually noticed this on several previous workouts but it will only do it once or twice during the workout.
But during this workout, the incline did not change in four or five instances. My iFIT on my iPad would display a message or a button to follow the work out if I hit that button then I fit would catch up and control the incline on my treadmill.
I was able to complete this work out with out any adjustments other than making sure the iFIT was catching up with the incline when it would forget on my treadmill. I did not experience any heel or champagne.
I did have some technology issues; my the heart rate app on my iPhone would not connect to my treadmill or iFIT this morning even after several tries but it was connecting to my Apple Watch, so I could watch my heart rate on either my watch or my iPhone it just didn’t appear on my treadmill or in iFIT.
Also, when I launched I fit on my iPad and chose to work out, while it was loading the work out the iFIT app crashed and I had to reload it.
