That was a nice short beginner walk. I liked the constant pace at 3 mph especially in that it’s getting warmer here in Palm Springs and we don’t have the garage air-conditioned yet; I’m pretty wet after that walk.
Technology issues: I’ve been unplugging my treadmill for the past few days and it seemed that my technology issues had diminished. However this morning,My echo heart rate monitor at connected immediately but I thought it would not connect to my machine via Bluetooth Bluetooth. I tried a couple of times the second time the iFIT app crashed while I was trying to connect I launched the iFIT app again and it started to work out just fine.
