I thought that this was a pretty easy recovery walk workout. About seven minutes and I adjusted the speed of my treadmill up to 3 mph because I just felt like I wasn’t getting anything out of this workout. Really pretty scenery that I would like to explore in person someday.
Technology issues: none but I am finding that my echo appIs not connecting to my treadmill on the first attempt after pushing the iFIT sink button on my treadmill. I’m finding more often that I have to press the iFIT sync button again and then it will connect. If it won’t connect after that second trial, then it will in general after I’ve shut the power to my treadmill for at least 15 seconds and turned it back on.
