I enjoyed this workout but it didn’t seem very challenging until I turned on active pulse about eight minutes into the workout. I was able to do the active pulse for about six minutes before it got too intense and I went back to follow the trainer.
I was able to complete this workout without any pain.
Technology issues: I couldI couldn’t get the echo heart rate app to connect to my treadmill. I had to turn my treadmill off count to 15 turn it back on and then it connected flawlessly.
My iFIT warm-up did not include music; the music did not start automatically like it usually does. Once the workout started, the music started.
