Conch Bar Caves Recovery Walk, Middle Caicos, Turks and Caicos

This might be a good workout for Robert to try. It was an active recovery workout and so it’s at a pretty steady state and a moderate walking pace.
Lots of technology issues this morning that wasted 30 minutes of my workout time. I couldn’t get the heart rate connected to the treadmill which happens fairly regularly. I have to cut the power to the treadmill by turning off the Power strip for about 20 minutes and then try again. But today I also had trouble getting a iFIT workout to load and start. I fit would crash to work out I would restart it would tell me to press and hold start to start the work out my treadmill would start it would randomly incline to 2% and the workout would air out. After many attempts, I ended up shutting down The Echo app on my phone. On my tablet I shut down I fit I fit and shut down my tablet. I turned off the power strip to my treadmill. And tried reconnecting everything again. This time echo connected my heart rate immediately to the treadmill. I started my iPad and started Eifert which loaded slowly like it does and then crashed. I started it again and this time started to work out and it wanted to repair to my treadmill. The first two attempts at pairing I fit with my treadmill failed the third time worked. I started the work out again and it failed it crashed I started to work out again.  This time to work out started successfully.
I completed this work out without any pain; I had no heel pain or chin pain.
