I completed today’s workout. I thought the level piece was going to be too slow for me so I tried the active pulse, but that just kept increasing and increasing and increasing the speed to a point where I didn’t think I was gonna be able to finish the work out. So I went back to follow the trainer. The hills at the end of this workout were a surprise and made the workout a great finish.
The workout ends at a park. I think it was called Michelangelo Park across the river in Florence up high with beautiful views of the city. It’s a park where I have fond memories touring Italy with Brian and Joyce many years ago.
Technology issues: my warm-up did not have any music. Normally, my iFIT settings play the yoga station in the background. When I fiddled with it, I couldn’t get any of the music stations to load. At the end of my workout during the cool down, I went back to the iFit music, and the setting had been turned off. I turned it on, and yoga music started playing or down.
I wasn’t able to rate this work out or record my performance because I fit locked up when I entered my cool down. All that I’ve got is the blue and turquoise spinning circle forever on my iPad.
