A fun and challenging work out! Really need to walk through city streets and other areas that I’m so familiar with in Rome.
I had a little bit of heel pain in my right foot at the beginning of the workout but it loosened up early on in the workout.
Technology issues: yesterday I restarted my iPad because of issues playing iFIT radio. This morning I did not encounter any technology issues.
I was able to complete this work out without any modifications or pauses.
