I’m looking forward to starting and completing this 60 series 60 workout series getting up to jogging and running.
Technology issues: I could not get the echo app to connect to my treadmill this morning. Ultimately, ITurned the power off to my treadmill and tried again and it connected. But then when I started I said it needed to re-connect to be a Bluetooth to my treadmill which it did. But when it started to load the work out at the iFIT program crash. It’s done this to me before. I closed the iFIT program on my iPad and restarted it and this time it worked.
This might be a good workout for Robert.
