Great workout with wonderful sangria and a beautiful hiking path to hopefully experience in person in the future.
About halfway through this work out I was thinking that the first five in the series were very easy and was surprised that they are labeled as intermediate. However, the last half of the worked out with that strong climb at the end was very challenging.
